Green Acres guarantees all work delivered by our sub-franchisees - if you're not happy we'll make sure that issues are rectified by your franchisee.
Oops! All our franchisees are comprehensively insured - this insurance will cover any damage to your property in the course of their work. Just let them know and they'll start the process for you.
Our franchisees all bring their own products and equipment - so put your feet up!
Yep! The majority of our products have the Environmental Tick, or the CARE4 Accreditation. Exceptions are our oven cleaner, and bleach.
Hey, no problem! Our franchisees are familiar with most products, how ever for some you may need to discuss with them what you want to see done.
Hey we get it - every companies security needs are unique. We have Commercial Cleaning franchisees who can clean during business hours, and are trained to do while causing minimum disruption.
All our franchisees are set up with electronic invoicing (we're a paperless organisation) to make it easy for you to pay them. This is generally on monthly payment terms, but feel free to make arrangements with your sub-franchisee.
Term? What term? We know things change unexpectedly, so we don't have a fixed term on our commercial cleaning agreements. Other terms and conditions can be found under the Things you need to know section
Yep. All of our franchisees carry all necessary PPE gear for their jobs, and have the systems to establish a Site Safety Plan for all situations. They're used to working around other traidies on site too.
Absolutely! All of our sub-franchisees are trained in the detail cleaning for recently completed domestic and commercial building sites. They're very familiar with builders dust.

All our sub-franchisees are trained in the specifics of hygiene requirements of high-use environments, be that the early-child-care-centres or the university library.
We understand that education brings people together to shared spaces. This comes with unique risks. Our sub-franchisees are comprehensively trained in emergency response cleans to outbreaks of highly contagious infections.
Work With Us
The start-up costs for a Green Acres franchise is from $23,000 depending on the level of income you would like and the type of franchise you want buy into.
Included in this cost is a fully comprehensive equipment pack, as well as three weeks of professional training which allows you to start your franchise from day one.
In addition to the above start-up cost, you will need to buy a suitable vehicle for your franchise.
To get you fully up and running, you'll be provided with an equipment package which we have compiled based on over 20 years of experience and success in the industry.
